1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jeebuzz platform in any way — including browsing the website, downloading the jeebuzz app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use jeebuzz. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jeebuzz. If you are unsure about any part of these terms, please contact jeebuzz support before registering.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on jeebuzz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing on jeebuzz.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jeebuzz employee.

JeeBuzz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one jeebuzz account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.

When registering on jeebuzz, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeebuzz login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person.
• You must notify jeebuzz support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• JeeBuzz will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• All activity that occurs under your jeebuzz account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

JeeBuzz reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

4 Deposits

JeeBuzz accepts deposits through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported on the jeebuzz platform. All deposits must be made from a mobile banking account that is registered in your own name — deposits from accounts belonging to other people are not permitted.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the jeebuzz deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your jeebuzz account within a few minutes of the transaction being completed.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your jeebuzz account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• JeeBuzz does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your jeebuzz account balance.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jeebuzz are processed to the same mobile banking method used for your most recent deposit. JeeBuzz does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the jeebuzz withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• JeeBuzz may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Any active bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an ongoing account review or verification request outstanding.
• JeeBuzz reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated processing time, please contact jeebuzz support with your withdrawal reference number and the mobile banking account details you used. Our team will investigate and respond promptly.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

JeeBuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any jeebuzz bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified on each individual jeebuzz promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• JeeBuzz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• If jeebuzz determines that a player has attempted to abuse a bonus — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other method — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jeebuzz are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet on any jeebuzz game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

• Bets placed on jeebuzz are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game, jeebuzz reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved.
• JeeBuzz is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the game as dealt by the dealer and are final.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, or collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jeebuzz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one jeebuzz account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment accounts that are not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in jeebuzz games or systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the jeebuzz platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any jeebuzz game.
• Using the jeebuzz platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeebuzz staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's jeebuzz account without authorisation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

JeeBuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of jeebuzz promotions.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the jeebuzz Responsible Gaming policy.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account after any applicable checks are completed.

10 Responsible Gaming
